I fell hard for Sallitt&#8217;s <em><a href=\"\/journal\/archives\/8890\">The Unspeakable Act<\/a><\/em> and lead actress Tallie Medel, so it&#8217;s no wonder that I&#8217;d warm up to this one, which lands in a different way.
