This joins <em><a href=\"\/journal\/archives\/15199\">Nope<\/a><\/em> as a movie less satisfying in the moment than thinking about afterwards (and I&#8217;ll bet <em>Nope<\/em> would be more fun to rewatch).  Really enjoyed the Dan Kois <a href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/culture\/2022\/12\/tar-cate-blanchett-movie-ending-explained-analyzed.html\">article in Slate<\/a>.
