Sound recordist Travolta works at a movie production house with a framed poster of <em>Squirm<\/em>, rescues Nancy Allen from a car crash, and gradually uncovers her role in the &#8220;accident.&#8221;  Unfortunately for everyone, killer John Lithgow has gone rogue, starts a side project murdering girls who look like Nancy so her eventual death will be blamed on the serial killer instead of politics.
