He and his dog watch <em><a href=\"\/journal\/archives\/14615\">A Nightmare On Elm Street<\/a><\/em> on broadcast television then &#8220;wake up&#8221; inside a customized fantasy videogame, rescuing a guy with a TV head and traveling by map.
